Cancellation charges

Where a booking has been arranged, it may be cancelled not less than 24 hours before the agreed pick up time, from the Southend-on-Sea area, at no extra charge, other than any non refundable deposit paid.
The cancellation charge for any booking cancelled within the 24 hours as stated above, will be 20% of the agreed fare, plus any non refundable deposit.

Waiting time, tolls etc.

Waiting time will be charged for each 30 minutes.
Any parking fees acquired during this waiting time, or as part of the agreed hire, must be paid for by the hirer.
If the job is a no show for any reason (including incorrect information supplied by the hirer) then the agreed fare plus any reasonable parking and or waiting will be charged.

All tolls, congestion charges etc. will be included in the stated fare, unless otherwise mentioned.

Discounts

All prices quoted, unless otherwise stated, assume payment on or before the day of hire, and therefore include a 20% prompt payment discount.

Account customers are most welcome, conditions and discounts are available on request.
